The story
It started with one crusher
In 2000, Sawan Sihag and Ashok Pachar started JSS Construction Company in Taranagar, in Rajasthan's Churu district. Small crusher and mining work, local contracts, nothing that would have looked like a national business to anyone watching.
What changed it was becoming an LLP in 2015. That sounds like paperwork, and it was, but a national contractor cannot put a proprietorship on a vendor list. Within a year the firm was working for PNC Infratech on the Srisailam Canal in Andhra Pradesh, more than a thousand kilometres from Taranagar.
Today there are eight sites running at once across Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, six owned plants and about 120,000 tonnes a month. The head office is still in Taranagar.

How we work
Four things we actually do differently
We own the machines
Every excavator, tipper, drill and plant. It costs more to sit on than hiring does, and it is why we can commit to a programme instead of quoting on the hope of finding machines in season.
We say the mobilisation number before you sign
About a month on a site with reasonable access. If your site is not that, we will tell you at the survey rather than three weeks into a delay.
We weigh everything
Ten calibrated weighbridges. Dispatch weight is the billed weight and the slip goes with the load. Reconciliation should be arithmetic, not a meeting.
The safety officer can stop the job
Licensed shotfirers, exclusion zones, vibration monitoring on every shot. The authority to stop work is real and nobody on our side overrules it.

2000
JSS Construction Company
Small crusher and mining work out of Taranagar, Churu district. One plant, local contracts, no highways.
2008
The first owned plant
Crusher Plant Shri Kheteshwar commissioned at Brahamdham Tirth, Asotra, in Barmer. Still running today.
2015
Sansar Infra LLP
Reconstituted under the LLP Act 2008. Same two partners, a structure a national contractor can put on a vendor list.
2016 – 2018
PNC Infratech opens the door
Srisailam Canal in Andhra Pradesh, then Patna to Buxar in Bihar. Forty-two lakh tonnes, and the first work a thousand kilometres from home.
2018 – 2020
Samruddhi Mahamarg
Jhansi to Khajuraho, then the Samruddhi Mahamarg in hard Deccan basalt. Close to fifty lakh tonnes across the two.
2020 – 2022
Manipur to Karnataka
Two hill packages in Manipur and Challakere to Hiriyur in Karnataka. Plant, crew and fleet moved the length of the country and back.
2022 – 2024
Six plants
Banda, Jharkhand, Prayagraj and Balaghat to Gondia on NH-543. The owned fleet reaches six plants, and plant operation becomes the lead offering.
2024 – 2026
Eight sites at once
Eight packages running at once across four states, at roughly 120,000 tonnes a month.
