A crusher is only as good as what comes off the last screen deck.
Nobody buys tonnes per hour. They buy material that passes the grading the site engineer has in his file, load after load, for eighteen months. A plant that runs at 350 TPH and produces stone that fails a sieve analysis is worth nothing to a road contractor.
Our plants run three stages: a primary jaw, a secondary cone, and a tertiary stage feeding screen decks set to whatever the contract calls for. Change the specified grading mid-project and we change the decks. That is a shift of work, not a renegotiation.

The sizes a road actually eats

Grading held, not approximated
Decks set to the MoRTH grading in your contract, samples pulled at commissioning and through the run. If a screen is blinding and the grading drifts, we find it, not your quality engineer.

Fines managed, not stockpiled and forgotten
Crusher dust is a product, not a waste heap. Sold as fine aggregate and manufactured sand where the specification allows it, which keeps the yard clear and the rate down.

120,000 MT a month across the fleet
Six plants running. A single 250 TPH plant will hold 25,000 to 30,000 MT a month on two shifts, so the fleet total is a real number rather than a nameplate one.

Weighed and slipped
Calibrated weighbridges at the plants. Dispatch weight is the billed weight, and the slip goes with the load.

01Which gradings can you produce?
GSB to MoRTH Clause 401 grading, WMM to Clause 406, and single-size 40mm, 20mm and 10mm chips plus crusher dust. Tell us the grading table and the layer it is going into and we will set the decks to it.
02How do we know the material meets spec?
Samples are pulled at commissioning and at intervals through the run, and go to whichever lab your contract nominates. We would rather find a drifting grading ourselves than have your quality engineer find it in a stack that has already been laid.
03Can you crush on our lease?
Yes. Most of our crushing is done on client leases, with the client holding the mineral and us holding the plant, the crew and the output number.
